In order to take this course, you must FIRST complete both the online AND practical portions of the 2025 youth camp medication administration course. COMAR 10.16.07.03 states that

An operator shall ensure and document that, not more than 30 calendar days before working at the camp, each staff member or volunteer:

(1) Is trained in the health program;

(2) Demonstrates knowledge of the health program procedures; and

(3) Is provided with the opportunity to discuss the procedures and have any questions answered by a supervisor.

We offer health plan training which teaches staff to recognize and respond to emergencies, reviews common emergency medical conditions, and reviews required reporting for medical conditions and emergencies.
