Act 93 of 2018 expanded the list of organizations and individuals authorized to administer an Epinephrine Auto-Injector in Pennsylvania. The Act creates training requirements for agents of employees of the authorized entities who choose to have Epinephrine Auto-Injectors available. This training course is designed to meet the standards as outlined in Act 93 for participants to administer stock epinephrine autoinjectors. This course must be completed annually.
